  • Teams separated into 3 groups, each with weighted lottery based on record to determine order. 1.) Teams with 6 or less wins 2.) Non-playoff teams 3.) Playoff teams.
  • Teams submit bid to league for round they would pick player
  • Team with highest bid, wins player, and forfeits corresponding pick the following year
